Data Acquisition is easily achieved by connecting the SPC Printer to the VC2000 Column Gauge to give instant statistical information in numerical and/or graphical form using either of the two printout formats as follows:-

1) Tolerance = Data list + graphics ------------2) Printer = Data list only.

Key in the upper (T+) and lower (T-) tolerances to set up the printer.

Measure the component, then press the 'DATA' / remote button to send the value displayed on the VC2000 digital readout to the printer.

All measured values are printed along with their relevant position within the tolerance bands.

Tri- coloured LED indicator is active to indicate
tolerance classification.

When the batch is complete, press the 'STAT' button to finish the printout with a histogram and the statistical value: _________ __ ______----------------------------------∆T, N, Max, Min, R, X, ón, ón-1, +NG, -NG, P, Cp, and Cpk
